Food photography.

Leave the viewer hungry.

Professional food photography is a collaborative effort, often involving an art director, a photographer, a food stylist, a prop stylist, and their respective assistants. Teamwork plays a very important role in the process, including the chefs, waiters, restaurant managers, and marketing people. I prefer an unfussy style of food photography that is approachable, and not too serious, jumping from dark and moody to light and bright, depending on the dish that is being photographed. This flexibility of tone always puts the dish first, giving it an authentic mood that goes straight to the point: your appetite.
